To place an order, you must:

Parents or guardians may purchase on behalf of minors.

All Phia’s Phlames candles are handmade, and natural variations may occur. This includes minor differences in:

  • • Fragrance intensity

These variations do not qualify as defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website or Shopify store are in USD and may be changed at any time.

Purchases must be completed using approved payment methods.

By submitting payment, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected method for the total amount due.

Promotions, discounts, and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


5. Monthly Subscription Terms

By subscribing to the Candle of the Month subscription, you agree to:

  • • Recurring monthly billing
  • • Automatic charges to your selected payment method
  • Receipt of one handcrafted candle per month
  • • Renewal until canceled
5.1 Billing Cicle

Your subscription will renew automatically every month on the date of your original purchase unless canceled in advance.

5.2 Pause or Cancel

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.

5.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your subscription until updated payment information is provided.


6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • • Delays caused by postal services
  • • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Please double-check your mailing address before placing an order.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of handcrafted candle products, all sales are final.

However, we will replace items that arrive:

  • • Damaged
  • • Defective
  • • Incorrect

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photo documentation of the issue.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed.


8. Candle Safety & Usage

By purchasing Phia’s Phlames candles, you agree to follow standard candle-safety guidelines, including:

  • • Trim the wick before each burn
  • • Burn only on heat-safe surfaces
  • • Never leave candles unattended
  • • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items
  • • Discontinue use when ~½ inch of wax remains

We are not liable for damages or injury resulting from misuse of our products.
